Asset !

Salam to All. Monday Blues! Yeah too blue blur today. Works done for today.. Yay! Alhamdulillah.. Allah ease me as always.. So, what am going to say about asset? Well, actually, I am in the process buying a house in Taman Tun Teja, Rawang.. How good is the place? Urm, since i ve been posting here, I live here, almost 9 or 10 months already.. Well not too bad, u need a pass card to get in amd visitors as always need to pass by the guars. Talking about guards, some of them are strict and some are not.. Usually happend uh? So visitors, pray u get the second type.. 😬 .. 

Oh about my house, it s still in the process by the way.. I am currently waiting for the docs from the owner and at the same time seeking for a good bank for a loan.. Oh ya, I want to share something, below are some docs that u usually can asked or request from the agent u dealed with or from the owner:

1. Copy IC of the vendor

2. The previous SPA ( not really know what is exact acronym for this)

3. Copy of the STRATA 

4. Copy of the discharge from the bank if the house has been discharged from the loan (owner doesnt owed bank anymore)

So yeah, last week I went to meet the agent and already signed the letter of purchase.. It s a letter that will contain your signature, the owner's signature as well as witneses.. Now currently waiting for the owner to sign.. as well as all the docs above..

Few more stages need to be done (bank loan, SMP, etc) before  i can really hold that house..! Yay! So let waiting for the updates soon!
